Accessible Vans of America (AVA) is dedicated to providing quality rental vans with handicap accessible features. Our organization is a group of independent wheelchair van dealers who are all committed to improving the accessible transportation options for people requiring adaptive equipment for mobility. All of our wheelchair rental vans are regularly inspected to ensure that you receive an accessible vehicle rental that is reliable and comfortable.
Each location has a fleet of rental vehicles with wheelchair ramps. Some locations have full sized vans and adaptive driving controls in the vehicles for rent. Vehicle availability fluctuates with the normal seasonal and holiday demand. Please reserve a wheelchair van rental in advance to guarantee that a vehicle meeting your needs is available.

Rental Requirements
*Minimum Driver age 21 years old
*Valid Drivers License
*Please provides copies of all Driver License for all drivers
*Please provide proof of Insurance for all drivers
*Any additional drivers have to be on the insurance or have their own insurance covering you, us, the vehicle and injured third persons).
*All documents must be approved by SM before pickup

Cancellation Policy
*7 days or more notice- 100% of deposit returned
*3,4,5,6, days notice- 50% of deposit returned
*48 hours notice- 15% of deposit returned
*24 hours notice- 0% of deposit returned
Rental Fees
$120.00 1-6 days
$100.00 7-29 days
$80.00 30 + days
*Re-fueling charge of $5.00 per gallon if not returned as given
*Clean-up fee of $50.00 if vehicle is returned in an unacceptable condition
Delivery Options
*Delivery and Pick-ups to customer within 35 miles radius of "SM" $100.00 each
*Weekend Delivery or pick-up available upon request fro an additional fee.
*(Ask for details) Weekend drop off at "SM" no charge.
*All delivery's and pick-up between (10:00am - 4:00pm) Monday- Friday
Note: Please be informed we cannot hold any vehicles is per-paid for the dates specified.
Rentals days are calculated on a calendar days. Holidays rentals are 3-day minimum.
